Therapy & Somatic Work
A practice rooted in the language of the body.
I have always needed to move in order to understand. Through dance, conversation and creativity I have learned to express myself, to take up space and to truly be present in the world. There I discovered that the body often knows before the words arrive.
That is the knowledge I bring into my therapeutic work. Here the clarity of ACT meets the wisdom of the body, and conversation is joined by breath, sensation and movement. Thought, feeling and body get to meet in the same room.
The invitation is simple: to meet yourself with more awareness, honesty and compassion. To let what lives in you find expression, and to be here, fully, exactly as you are.

1:1 Therapy
Individual sessions, online and in person, weaving together ACT and bodily awareness. A space where you can explore your emotions, your body and your inner narratives at your own pace.
ACT belongs to the third wave of CBT and is about your relationship with thoughts and feelings. It means making room for what is, seeing thoughts as thoughts, landing in the present moment and taking steps toward what truly matters to you. Mindfulness is the ground all of this rests on.
I weave this together with somatic therapy and an understanding of the psychosomatic: how emotions, memories and inner narratives live in breath, tissue and nervous system. Our sessions move between conversation and inner listening, so that insight is both understood and felt.
You are welcome with something concrete you are in the middle of, or with a sense that there is more to discover in yourself.

Groups & Women’s Circles
Held spaces where women meet in curiosity, presence and shared exploration.
For eight years I have held women’s circles and led retreats around the world. Again and again I have seen what happens when what is often carried alone is given space among others. Often it is precisely in being seen and heard that something new can open.
Sessions include embodiment practice, breathwork, sub-personality exploration and reflection. They move between your own listening and the shared field of the group.

Somatic Meditation
A practice that grew out of my own listening.
I love to improvise, and I love structure. Somatic Meditation was born where the two meet. When I lay down on the mat and gave myself exactly what I needed, a practice began to take shape. It has a clear path to follow and, at the same time, open space for whatever wants to happen.
It is a guided, circular practice. We begin in the breath and land in the body. Then we listen to what it carries: a sensation, a movement that wants to happen, a feeling that has long been waiting for its place. The practice moves in rounds, and each round lets you land a little deeper.
It is inspired by trauma therapy, nervous system regulation, tantra, breathwork and meditation, and rests on trauma-informed foundations. Here the nervous system can find rest, and it becomes easier to feel, to breathe and simply to be.
Somatic Meditation is a practice of its own, separate from the therapy sessions. It is for you if you want to deepen your connection with your body and meet yourself through sensation.
